You know those days when you wake up and you look outside and the sun is shining, the birds are tweeting and there’s not a cloud in the sky, and you just think to yourself, “Wow, I could really plant a garden right now.” Yeah, probably not.

I’ll be the first to admit that those kind of days I’m usually thinking more along the lines of, “I could really go for a piña colada by the pool right now and commit to doing absolutely zilch!”

What a hectic day! Rushing around like a headless chook. You come home from work absolutely dead to the world. Exhausted. Ready to flop on the couch. The last thing on your mind is cooking dinner.
